Experience all the excitement of the circus without leaving the ground!
In this class, participants will master a dazzling array of skills, including stilt walking, unicycling, tightrope walking, juggling, globe walking, spinning poi, diablo, flower sticks, Rolla bola, plate spinning, and much more! When we say "on the ground" or "ground-based" in Circus, it means we focus solely on skills where either we or the equipment stay connected to the ground—no aerial acts like hoop, slings, or silks, and no acrobatics.
Perfect for young aspiring circus performers, each class is thoughtfully structured to cover 2/3 specific skills, always incorporating one major skill, such as stilt walking or unicycling. If you're eager to learn some seriously impressive and unique tricks, then this class is tailor-made for you!
We take pride in our structured approach to skill progression through the AOM award scheme. Children will receive progress cards, allowing them to track their achievements and check off newly acquired skills before moving on to the next level. This class caters to a diverse range of students, spanning from absolute beginners to more adept individuals.
Price:
£32.00 per month
This class is covered by a regular payment every month.
Subscription:
Academy of Movement run in accordance with school term time. To facilitate convenience and financial planning for parents, we implement a monthly payment susbcription that encompasses all class fees for the entire year. These payments are divided into 12 installments to cover the 37 classes in the year, ensuring affordability and ease of budgeting. It's important to note that these payments remain consistent even during term holidays.
Scheduled payments are processed on the 1st of each month and include not only the payments for all classes conducted throughout the year but also cover the booking/platform fees facilitated through the ClassForKids Platform, as well as insurance to safeguard your child's well-being during class sessions.

If someone joined 1st Jan and paid their subscription, they in fact will be paying a lower amount than their 4 or 5 classes are worth, (depending on how many there are in that month) but then let's say in April when the kids are off for 2 weeks and they have less classes, the money is caught up, it then works out over the year.
